b) to enable the agent or landlord to contact the interested user him or herself and arrange a viewing of the property as required;
c) to forward the details on to LettingsBy.com business partners who can offer services in the following areas:

• Independent Buy to Let mortgage advice
• Home building and contents insurance
• Solicitors and legal advice
• Property management services

LettingsBy.com may transfer users contact details and the content of their advert to their associated business partners. Users' details are only forwarded once to our business partners and are then retained purely for LettingsBy.com use in contacting the seller, buyer, landlord or tenant when required.

2. Your rights regarding any collection, use and distribution of data by LettingsBy.com:
