You have 2 options to get your properties found.

1. By becoming a member and advertising your properties.

2. Advertising your web site - for agents who don’t have the time to list each property.
Registered members will be entitled to a range of free services including advice on letting your property, tax issues and practical documents such as a property inventory, change of utilities and more. Additionally, through associated companies you are able to credit check your tenant, arrange gas & electric safety inspections and organise specialist insurance cover. To maximise the benefit of using the site from advertising your property on the Internet to downloading legal documentation, please refer to the charges and payment options set out below.

Once you have filled out the simple registration form to begin advertising your properties or opted to advertise your web site only you then need to choose one of 4 payment options.

Your properties will appear on the site once we have received payment and it has been cleared.

2. By STO – monthly by standing order.

3. Cheque - send your payment to LettingsBy.com (payable to LettingsBy.com) to P.O. Box 2118, Wrexham, LL12 8ZA

4. Fax - us on 01978 855030 - with your card number, expiry date, name, telephone number, address, email address, issue number for Switch card and details of which service you require - WE accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Delta
